Quarterly News Letter – October 2007
The next Quarterly meeting will be held at the Diamond Point Fire House on Saturday October 6 at 9:00 am, all members are invited and encouraged to attend - we would like to have a quorum for this meeting. One member CAN make the difference.
Airport Drainage Project- Phase Two will be discussed.
We’ll give an update on the North side access gates, and review usage guidelines.
Airport Day held August 4th, was a great success. For those of you who volunteered your time and resources to help, thank you. For those who came by for a visit, glad you could come and see what we’re all about. For anyone of you who didn’t make it, we hope to see you in 2008.
Let’s all make it a point to keep our dues current. Regular and Associate Dues of $20.00/yr. are payable by January 1 of each year. Airport User Fees: Most of you are up to date and we appreciate that.
Board Meetings, which all members are welcome to attend, are held the first Thursday of each month at 7 pm at the Fire House. In the event Special Board Meetings are needed, or there are changes in regular meetings, we will post them on the SAPOA Notice Board and the DPAA Website at:

The membership directory is available in electronic format. To obtain your copy please request it in Word from Dot Shepherd at billdot10ss@prodigy.net The Board is interested in electronic distribution of all Newsletters: please sign up with an E-mail address at the meeting. The earlier you know about a meeting, the sooner you can make plans to attend!
