Quarterly News Letter – April 2006
The next Quarterly meeting will be held at the Diamond Point Fire House on Saturday April 22nd at 9:00 am, all members are invited and encouraged to attend, and we would particularly like to have a quorum for this meeting.
The main topic of this Quarterly meeting will be to discuss the status of the plan by SAPOA to sell lot 28 of plat 6 block X. You should all have received a letter from DPAA stating the position of your Board on this matter. The DPAA Board has voted to continue to take a position against the sale of this lot. The count date for SAPOA’s ballot is April 17th so we should know at the meeting whether the property owners agreed to the sale. Your input to your Association at the General Meeting is of great interest to the Board and we request you come ready to speak on this matter.
Upcoming events for the Summer include Airport Day, set for August 12th; an airport “Work Day” will be scheduled on August 5th to clean up the airport in preparation.
The Semi-annual meeting will be held on July 15th, the third Quarterly meeting on October 21st and Board Meetings, which all members are welcome to attend, are held the first Thursday of each month at 7pm at the Fire House. In the event Special Board Meetings are needed, or regular meetings are rescheduled, we will post them on the SAPOA Notice Board and the DPAA Website at: http://www.sapoasequim.com/2004dppa/default.htm
