Meeting
February
19, 2005
Meeting was
called to order
by President Dave Taney at 3:45 p.m.
A quorum was established with Treasurer Irma Martin,
Secretary Kathleen DeStefano, Director Lew Morello, and President Dave
Taney
present.
The minutes of the February 4, 2005 Board of Directors
Meeting were presented by the SAPOA Secretary.
Irma Martin made a motion that they be accepted as presented. Lew Morello seconded the motion which then
was unanimously passed.
New
Business:
Director Dan Abbott has resigned effective February 16,
2005, citing his reluctance to continue due to current adversarial
elements
present.
Sarah Kincaid volunteered to serve the unexpired portion of
Dan’s term. She was appointed by
President Dave Taney and approved by unanimous vote.
