The SAPOA Board of Directors met in a Special Board Meeting on November 21, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Diamond Point Fire Station.  Six Board members were present.  Kathleen DeStefano was out of town.  Four property owners were in attendance.  The purpose of the meeting was to review the contents of Mr. Werner’s Affidavits of Facts letter to the Board postmarked November 14, 2005 and formulate our response. 

The meeting was convened in open session, then by unanimous vote of the Board moved to closed session per the SAPOA By-Laws Article VIII Section 2b.  The meeting was resumed in open session at 2:32 p.m.  A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously approved to turn this matter over to Attorney at Law Jan Tierney.  Jan will respond in a timely fashion to issues raised by Mr. Werner that are deemed appropriate.
