1.  Unsatisfactory, coli forms present lab test from Twiss Analytical, Inc. 9/22/2003.

Start Date: 9/22/2003   End Date:  9/29/2003

 

Comment:  Unusually dry and hot weather may have contributed to the increased coli form count in the water tank. 

 

Result:  Greg agreed Coli form testing will be done on a more frequent schedule in the future.

 2. PRV Failure at DPR/Discovery View Dr. & Cement Tank Overflow with water pressure problems on the upper elevation.

 

Start date:   1/1/2004 End date: 2/18/2004.

 

Comment:  GC Systems repaired parts 1/12/04. Pressure problems have been ongoing since 1/1/2004.  On 3/2/2004, Greg Roats tested 3 locations, varying from 37 psi down to 22 psi.

 

Result:  PRV Component failure. Greg Roats announced he is in the process of implementing a scheduled maintenance routine. 

 

3.  Well #1 Failure discovered Well #2 was out-of-service. 

 

Start date: 7/4/2004        End Date: 8/10/2004

 

Comment: Well #1 pump motor failure, combined with "seasonal backup" well #2 being non functional for an undetermined number of years, had residents on a boil water advisory on the upper elevations and low water pressure in regions for weeks.

 

State Audit by DOH Jim McCauley /Hugh/Jim McCauley on 2/10/2004. 2^nd Well represented as seasonal back up well by Greg.  

 

Result: 2 new functioning well pumps.
