SUNSHINE ACRES PROPERT Y OW NERS ASSOCIATION SPECIAL BOARD MEET ING FEBRUA RY 6, 2007
A Special Board Meeting was called by President Gary Getch, and held Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at the Diamond Point Fire Station. A quorum was present with 4 Board members, Gary Getch, Jim Wilson, Barry Olson and Ben Schrenzel in attendance. Kim Jacobs was present as Secretary Pro Tem. President Gary Getch called the meeting to order at 1:05 pm.
Marty Tipton was present at the table.
Gary Getch stated that the only thing on the agenda today is to appoint the new Secretary. I’d like to hear a motion to appoint Marty Tipton.
Jim Wilson moved “to appoint Marty as our new Secretary.” The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Gary introduced each of the board members present to Marty.
Barry Olson moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded and passed and the meeting was adjourned at 1:08 pm.
